Cebu Balloons, the short name of Maranga Cebu Balloons and Party Supplies, is a family-run enterprise, which offers inflated balloon designs for birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, shows, etc. Owned and managed by Lisa Rae Regalado-Maranga, Mark Anthony Maranga with sons Sam & Jim, the company offers a wide-variety of balloons from the simple stick and flying balloons to the complicated arch, column/pillar, sculpture, bouquet and many more.

Aside from balloon designs, Cebu Balloons also sell items & services from third-party suppliers such as Ice Cream in Tube (similar to the one you see on the streets inside a tin can but cleaner and delicious), Personalized Giveaways, Photobooth, Party Entertainers, DIY Party Supplies, Styro Arts & Crafts and many more.

Cebu Balloons also offers Tarpaulin Design, Invitation Design, Souvenirs & Party Favors.

A DTI & BIR-registered business, the team strives to become the best balloon shop not only in Cebu but in the whole Philippines – and hopefully the world, if God permits.

Coming from humble beginnings and have worked for a number of companies, Lisa (a BS-IT graduate of MSU-IIT) & Mark (a BS-Educ graduate of DBTC) decided to venture in business. Before starting the balloon shop, they worked as travel bloggers (see: www.phtourguide.com) and went to different places in the Philippines. They also sold delicacies coming from different parts of the country. While selling delicacies in a small stall near their house, they met an “angel”, who would introduced them to the balloon industry. They never thought a simple talk with the “heaven-sent” lechon manok vendor about investment, suppliers, income potential would lead to a gradually growing business, which can support the basic needs of the family.

Since their opening date on December 8, 2012 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception), bookings and orders continue to come. It has allowed them to buy the basic needs, pay the bills and raise their 2 sons decently. They want to make sure that their sons will learn all the moral values, business ethics & doing the “Chinese-style” of entrepreneurship. They want thier sons to be the next Henry Sy, John Gokongwei, Zobel de Ayala or Manny Pangilinan in the future.
