Enthusiasm to help clients decorate their parties





It has been a while since we last updated our blog. It is about time to inform our dear clients on the happenings regarding this business venture. We are very thankful that for the past 6 years, clients continue to patronize our products and services. We hope that in the next decade, there will still be customers who will trust us and make us a part of their momentous events.

Our enthusiasm to help customers embellish their party place is probably the very reason we continue to strive in this challenging business. Our passion to help the clients make their parties memorable gives us the advantage towards our competitors. We may not be good in other aspects yet but rest assured we continue to learn and improve every day. There are times when we cannot answer calls because of the workload – and many still wants to call outside the 8 to 5 office hours – but we make sure we will reply to all the emails and FB messages frequently. We added an FB automated reply to new inquiries so that customers can contact us for urgent concerns but if it is outside office hours, most calls are not answered because we normally set aside the phones and spend time with the persons we love.

Right now, we can accept up to 10 deliveries & setup in a day. With our two delivery vehicles, we can surely deliver and setup your orders 2 hours before the event. We also have a couple of staff that can work on their own and decorate the venue on their own – they will just inflate the balloons at the venue. The very reason we want the balloons already inflated in our warehouse is that it will only take us a few minutes to adorn the venue. Aside from that, we will no longer use the electricity of the party venue as some of them charge the customers P500 up for the electric consumption. For P2, 000 to P4, 000 packages, it usually takes us 10-15 minutes to decorate the venue. Even if we arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the event, during days with worst traffic jams, we can still finish the setup before your party starts. We usually leave the house 3 hours before event time and arrive at the venue at least 2 hours before the party starts to make sure everything is ready and the venue is already nice when you arrive.

Because of our occasional team outings, we tend to focus to the things that needed to be done when we go back to work. We know each others strengths and weaknesses but we continue to bring everyone up so that when someone is absent, another team member can do his job.

We are working hard on our sales flow, as some customers needs urgent help. Rush orders have become a thing recently and we are still working on how to handle these customers. We usually accept rush orders as we have buffer stocks in our warehouse that can suffice the client’s needs and we work harmoniously as a team. The problem is that there are occasion where we cannot answer to calls, especially during weekends, where we have several orders to finish. Most clients probably do not understand the “weekend workload” for these types of businesses but we are working hard with the team to organize and solve the problem. To avoid the rush though, we suggest that you book your party suppliers at least a month to get the best services. This way, your suppliers will have extra time to procure the needed materials and to plan how to go with the decors.

As a team, we love to unwind and think of some ways on how to deal with different kinds of projects. Sometimes we go to different places just to relax and not talk about work. We just want to clear and refresh our minds and body so we can continue to do what we love.

This 2019 will be a rewarding year. We will continue to improve our products and services. We will maintain our will to serve clients and take the hassle away from them. We will strive hard to achieve our goals and continue to be the best balloon shop in Cebu.
