How to Order





Ordering items, packages and/or services at Cebu Balloons is very easy. All you need to do is send us an Email, or a message at Facebook, or a Text Message or a give us a Phone Call and we will assess if we can cater the needed packages, items and/or services.

We require at least 50% partial payment (but we prefer full payment) to confirm the booking. All unpaid orders are marked as “on-going talks” in our database. To pay for your order/booking please visit our Payment Options page, so you will know the different options and choose which is most convenient for you. After depositing the payment/s, please send us a message so we can check online (for bank deposits), or get the money (for money transfer) at the nearby shops.

PARTY SUPPLIES / BALLOONS PER DOZEN

For party supplies and balloons per dozen (flying/on stick), we suggest you visit our store located in Basak, Mandaue (map: https://goo.gl/maps/6LLjw). Our store attendant will take care of your order and process it. We can accommodate rush orders as long as there are no other bookings/orders on that day. For birthday balloons per dozen, we suggest you make an order and pay at our shop at least a week before the event. For party supplies, we accept walk-in clients and give them the items instantly as long as there are available stocks in our store or in our house.

BALLOON DECORATION & BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

For balloon decoration packages, birthday party packages, and dessert buffet packages, we suggest you make a reservation at least 1-2 months before the event. We require a partial payment (or full payment) for the order to be marked as “booked”. Because a number of parents move their child’s birthday party to a weekend, most weekends gets fully booked. If your party falls (or move) to a weekend, we encourage you to book as soon as you decide to avail our products and/or services. Booking/paying ahead gives us more time to prepare your items (such as invitations, tarpaulin, party supplies), especially if you choose a not-so-common theme or cartoon character for your son or daughter’s birthday celebration. We accept rush bookings but this is subject to availability of time, personnel and items. Please send us a message or give us a call so we can discuss all the concerns.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

For personalized items such as Standees, Mugs, Ref Magnets, Tarps, Keychains, etc, we usually require at least 1-2 weeks preparation depending on the number of existing confirmed orders for that week. We can accept rush orders only if the stocks are on-hand and if we do not have other work that requires a lot of time. We require a partial payment to confirm the booking and start processing the orders.

SERVICES

For our services such as Clown, Bubble Show, Magician, Photo/Video Coverage, etc, we can accept orders anytime as long as the person who can do the service and the time slot are available. Please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Before making a deposit or paying at our store, please make sure that you have communicated with us and we have informed you that we can accept the booking to avoid any conflicts in schedules. We do our best to reply to all messages within 24 hours.
