Strategically situated at an isolated area in Liloan, the Amara Subdivision is one of the posh villages in the island of Cebu. It is where many of the island’s richest families live. Some of the personalities of Cebu and a number of well-known families outside the island have a rest house here.

Offering one of the finest views of the sea where ships travel, the Amara Subdivision Clubhouse is a perfect venue for a fine event. The Social Hall and Function Hall offers a simple and spacious party places for any occasion. Although the function rooms are for the exclusive use of homeowners living in the subdivision and their guests, those “outsiders” who want to celebrate the party at the venue can still do so as long as they know someone living inside or has a plan to buy a unit/lot inside the village. They call it “sponsorship” but of course, the celebrant will be the one to pay everything including the venue rental, caterer, party suppliers and decorators.

Outside the two function rooms at the Clubhouse are a couple of nice and well-maintained swimming pools, which also offers a nice view of the beach and Mactan Island. Huge ships and outriggers often travel near the subdivision. Aside from the wonderful view, you can definitely feel the fresh air, which will make you relax in any weather. There are still many vacant lots here but almost all of them have owners already because this is an excellent place for retirement.
