Changes in products & services this late 2017

The only thing constant in this world is “change”. It is inevitable. This 2017, there have been a several modifications to the structure of Cebu Balloons. There were changes and upgrades in the human resources, products and services. We are trying our best to be efficient and give the best to each customer. We are doing our best to lower the costs of our current products and services, while maintaining the quality. We are also upgrading our deals to serve also those families with higher budget for decorations. Our bongga decoration packages and combo packages have gained the attention of customers.

Little Princess Balloons and Giveaways

Recently, we have decided to stop the printing of balloons. We have discovered that printed balloons do not last for a long time especially during hot weather. We have also limited our orders for Dessert Buffet Packages to at least 2-3 in a month and refer the potential customers to our friends in the business. Expect adjustments to our dessert buffet packages this 2018 to streamline the services we are offering. We have also found several reliable suppliers to help us reach more customers in the coming months. We are also working on new packages that will make us a one-stop shop for kiddie party celebrations.

Aside from upgraded mood lights, we are now offering follow lights, laser lights, bubble machine and fog machine rentals. You may contact Mark directly for these services. Our Ice Cream in Tube is now better because it is made using a machine instead of the old school manual mixing, which made its name as “dirty ice cream”.

There have been changes in the work force. There were a couple of additions and reassignment of tasks. We hope our human resources will be smoother and faster in the coming days to serve better during the fast-paced months of November to January.

We have also acquired a new 12-seater van a few months back and decided to bring our old surplus delivery vehicle to Mindanao. Aside from the usual delivery of balloons, party supplies, styro crafts and giveaways, we are now delivering tourists to different attractions here in Cebu. In a couple of weeks, we will focus more on improving our sales and marketing. We are expecting a super busy November and December 2017. We hope we can cater to all customers.
